Relationships

It must be that sometimes there are things that just can't be seen by the people within the relationship. Maybe that's why some people would say that relationships aren't just about the people in the relationship but that it affects everyone who is around them. Regardless of age, experience, etc. there are things that can only be pointed out by a third party and are needed to be pointed out for a relationship to succeed and maintain happiness. It shouldn't be to an extent that it's obstrusive and/or invasive, but every now and then I'm sure every relationship can benefit from the light of reason given by a close friend understanding both parties and not blinded by the emotional tension so prevalent in people who can't help themselves because they care enough about each other to define something as a "relationship." So, in the future, after all this passes I want to say to all the people around me: You're welcome.
